How this differs from a regular dealership
Plenty of franchise dealers advertise "We Finance" or "In-House Financing." Read the fine print and your loan is still written by a bank or an outside lender — the dealership just passes your application along. If that lender says no, the deal is over.
At a true buy here pay here lot, the dealership is the lender. We make the decision ourselves, which means a real conversation about your income and your job instead of an automated rejection. It also means far less rigorous credit checks, and payment terms set around your paycheck rather than a bank's calendar.
Common questions
Do you check my credit?
We finance in-house, so we are not sending your application to a bank. We care about steady income and a valid license far more than a credit score. Past repossessions, bankruptcies and collections do not automatically disqualify you.
How much do I need down?
It depends on the vehicle, but we work with a wide range of down payments and structure the rest into payments that match your pay schedule. Ask us and we will tell you exactly what you qualify for before you drive over.
Will applying hurt my credit score?
No. Submitting the application does not run a hard credit inquiry, so your score is not affected.
Do you report my payments to the credit bureaus?
Yes. We report nationally to the credit bureaus, which is the whole point for a lot of our customers. Paying us on time repairs damaged credit or establishes it for the first time, so your next loan — a car, a card, a mortgage — costs you less.
What if I am paid weekly?
That is exactly how most of our customers pay. We set payments up weekly or biweekly to line up with your paycheck instead of forcing a monthly due date.
