What we collect when you contact us

If you fill in a form on this site, we store what you typed so we can call you back about a vehicle. That is:

• Your name and phone number, which the form requires.
• Your email address and message, if you choose to give them.
• Which vehicle you were looking at, and whether you used the English or Spanish version of the site, so the right person calls you back in the right language.
• The date and time you submitted the form.

What we do not collect

We do not store your IP address, your device details, or a browsing history of what you looked at on this site. We do not ask for a Social Security number, a date of birth, or any financial detail anywhere on this website.

If you apply for financing, that application is handled by 700Credit on their own website, not here. Anything you enter there is governed by their terms and by the separate notice you receive from us as part of applying.

Cookies and measurement

Two small files are stored by the site itself: one remembers whether you chose English or Spanish, and one remembers your answer to the cookie banner. Neither identifies you or follows you anywhere.

If you choose Allow on that banner, Google Analytics is switched on. It counts visits and tells us which vehicles are being viewed, so we know what to stock. Until you choose Allow, it is switched off and stores nothing — this is enforced in the page itself, before the Google tag loads, not by asking Google nicely afterwards.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, which will bring the banner back.

Who else sees your information

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or marketing companies. Advertising features are switched off in our analytics setup regardless of what you choose on the banner.

Your details are handled by the companies that run this site for us, and only so that it works:

• Supabase — stores the database this site runs on, including your enquiry.
• Vercel — hosts the website.
• Resend — delivers the notification email that tells our staff you got in touch.
• Cloudflare — checks that a form submission came from a person rather than a bot.
• Google — analytics, only if you chose Allow.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we may need them to answer you and to keep a record of the sale, and delete them when they are no longer needed for either.

Asking us about your information

Call us at (239) 597-7027 or email jcautonaples@yahoo.com and ask. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you ask us to delete an enquiry we are still acting on, we will tell you rather than quietly ignore it.

Children

This site is for people shopping for a vehicle and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
